Star Truck Rentals is a family-owned transportation company with a legacy of over 150 years. Their multiple service lines and 17 locations keep them busy working in the business. They hired Storybent Creative to help tell their stories of industry regulations, location expansions and community service.
Creative Solutions
This client journey began with press release writing regarding industry regulations and new locations across the state. Ample media coverage further highlighted the integral backbone of quality transportation on our roads and as a part of community building. Exploration with a gap analysis revealed opportunities to further highlight their legacy strengths of quality service, convenience and a spirit of giving back. This sparked a website refresh for a more convenient user experience showcasing quality markers, abundant locations and service benefits, in addition to a deeper look at their corporate culture. Website design elements included hints of chrome, frosted glass and momentum.
As an ongoing demonstration of community contribution, the client created a new training center, providing free education for approved candidates seeking a career as a diesel technician. Strong media and candidate responses provided a foundation for success as the client secured a state grant for such training and community involvement.
